Atlantis Rangefinder
Atlantis can be linked to laser range finders. On places without GPS-signals (like under roofs), the range finder allows to focus an object and to map its position. Depending on device type the usage and accuracy varies (integrated compass yes/no, compass resolution, etc.).
Currently the following devices are supported:

- LaserTechnology TruPulse 360
- Trimble LacerAce 1000

At devices without compass, the focused object must be measured from 2 different positions. Atlantis then calculates the target coordinates. The listed specifications are manufacturer´s data and depends on temperature and surface conditions. The values in braces shows ranges using a reflector.
